PLEASE download the MLB App on your personal mobile device. Tickets and Parking Passes are transferred to you 2 weeks before the event via the MLB App. Once you have created your MLB Account please register for the event and provide the email address on this account in your registration. There is a designated spot on the registration for this specific email address.

$125 includes space for you to exhibit with your products. We do have a limited number of tables so if you are a Supplier that does not require a table please specify in your registration.

Golf Day Schedule:
8:00-8:45am Golfer Check in, Raffle Tickets and Raffle Prizes
(Cash/Venmo for raffle tickets and Split the Pot)
If you would like to hit range balls before the 9:00am shotgun start please arrive closer to 8:00am.
Golfer Check-In 8:00am-8:45am - Outside Pro Shop
Lunch is provided on the Course at the Halfway House (lunch ticket will be provided at golfer check in) as well as beverages on the course via the beverage cart(s). Lunch includes your choice of a hot dog or brat.
Please turn in your score card to the pro shop and make your way to the East Garden Room, where we will have a nice early dinner, drinks, raffle prizes and golfer awards.
If you do not have a foursome, don't worry we will get you into a group.
If your Company is not a current member with us; an invoice will be sent via email to you for the 2025 Membership Dues. This is a Members only Event.
PPACW is excited to offer an opportunity for our Members to increase sales in 2025. Promo Impact Meetings is a Promo Educational Session that will take place at the Embassy Suites-Milwaukee, WI.

*Included in this price are Promo Education Sessions that consists of 20 minutes with 12 PPACW Distributor Companies.
*Conference Room Suite one night stay (8/25, checking out of Suite on 8/26 at 6pm).

*Individual Meetings with 11 PPACW Distributor Companies
Not included in the Supplier Cost is:
*Additional Sales Rep for your Company. Up to 1 more @ $75 per day attending (no overnight stay). If they require a double bed room (separate from the Supplier Suite) please contact the Committee to arrange.
Important Details:
*Distributors will be required to attend all scheduled appointments and provide logos for their top two clients.
*PPACW will provide exhibitors access to all client logos to be used at their discretion.
*PPACW membership is required for all participants*
*Suppliers are required to prepare for each Distributor Meeting to maximize your in person scheduled time.

Application Process:
Supplier participation is limited. As a result, there will be a limit on competitive supplier categories. The application process is as follows:
1. Please complete the registration as your application for this event.
2. The Promo Impact Meetings Committee will review the applications on a first come first serve basis (so get your application in ASAP).
3. Applications are due by October 4th, 2024.
3. Applicants will be notified via email by November 1st, 2024 of your acceptance into PPAChicago Promo Impact Meetings-Wisconsin.
